I was raised in Bradford Co., PA on a farm. My interest in genealogy was sparked by my lack of grandparents on my father's side, since he was adopted. So I traced my Rockwell side back to the Rev. War. I like historical research, so what better place to focus my interest on - cemeteries. My wife's ancestors are from Sullivan Co., PA so my main focus is on Bradford & Sullivan Counties in Pennsylvania. I am on the findagrave.com volunteer photographer e-mail list so will take a photo for you when requested.|
You have my permission to use any picture taken by me for personal uses. It takes much time and effort to locate, process, and post these images I have posted, so I expect and appreciate the courtesy of citing your source!
If any of the memorials I have created need updates, please contact me. If any are a relative of yours and you want to manage them, let me know and I will transfer them. Please use the edit tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or update.

Besides what I have on the Findagrave page, there is also this proof:
Private, Union Army, Civil War, Company B, 141st Regiment, P.V.I. (Pennsylvania Voluntary Infantry), Bradford Co., PA. In "The Regimental History of the 141st PVI", by Craft it has the following: "Private Jonathan B. Stevens. Discharged on Surgeons Certificate, April 24, 1863"
"History of the Pennsylvania Volunteers, 1861-1865," p. 447 has "Stevens, Jonathan B...do[muster]... Aug. 22, '62, Discharged on Surgeon's certificate, Apr. 24, 1863."

|Tom Scott||Amanda Ingalls Ford|
Hi, on Amanda's memorial #42556637, it is stated that her parents were David and Elizabeth Bowman Ingalls. I am curious as to what the source was that showed Elizabeth being her mother's name. Thank you.
I am looking for Susan A.'s MAIDEN name. Sorry (see below)
|Jill Burnham||Jeremy Rockwell Burnham|
Thank you for providing me with a picture of my 3rd great grandfather, Algernon Sidney Burnham's gravesite. I am trying to find AS Burnham's father but only have conjecture to go on. But there is another mystery. I cannot find the given name of AS Burnham's wife, Susan A. (1815 - 1851). I do not know what my family's connection to the Rockwell's is, but they gave their son, Jeremy, the name Rockwell as his middle name. I am wondering if maybe Susan was a Rockwell. Can you shed any light? I thank you in advance.

Lyle, I think I have John's father in the wrong cemetery. There is a memorial for him in Evergreen Cemetery, Spencer, NY (# 109761552) so I am going to delete mine. I'll wait until you link your John to the correct Peter and his mother, Loretta. ~nan
