In 1998 I began to earnestly research the descendants of my Great-great-great grandfather, Reuben Newton (1774-1833). For years I maintained a personal website but recently transferred all my material to the Ancestry.com sponsored rootsweb.freepages website. (As of early 2018 the website has not been accessible since the rootsweb.freepages function was disabled by Ancestry.com. Hopefully sometime in the future their problems will be resolved.
