I have enjoyed researching my family roots for over 30 years. My primary research is the Bryant, Haynie and related families from the Northern Neck of Virginia and the Bruchey, Eder and related families from Baltimore, Maryland.|

Thank you for posting Julia on findagrave. Her husband John Soper was also married to Rebecca Harris. She was my great great aunt. All of my life I have heard of Aunt Rebecca and her sister Aunt Annie. My mother was very fond of them.
Do you have any personal knowledge of Aunt Rebecca and John Soper? I have done the Harris genealogy to about 1420 and any info of them will help to complete the family picture.

My Marjorie Vanlandingham Hinson married Macon Collier Hinson. He was married two times , first Ada Scates, then Marjorie. My Marjorie had step-children. It also stated in obit she had a sister Lois Rock Delano of Warsaw and a nephew Charles H. Rock of Springfield, Va. I think she was the daughter of Edwin and Katherine Vanlandingham who were living in Heathsville, Northumberland County, Va. in 1920. I also think she had a brother Elton Vanlandingham. I hope to check this out soon.

Look at the Memorial# 86241654 which you made at Bethany for Spencer Lavern "Plum" Vanlandingham. It does memtion a sister, Marjorie V. Minor, which you have obit for.
So she is the daughter of Spencer, not mine. I will remove the parents from mine. Someone sent me the name of her parents, which is wrong. Thanks for pointing this out. Good Job ! Your Marjorie is the right one.

Hello! My name is Melissa Baugh. I have about 3 lines of Haynies coming into my genealogy starting in 1847 and going back from there, all from Northumberland, VA. I was wondering if you happened to have any additional information at your disposal or sources that you get more information from than others. I am also very willing to share what I know/have.
P.S. If you would like, you can email me directly at email@example.com.
No thanks are needed, but it's nice to know you appreciate. I am always glad to help. I send them to a lot of people, with hopes it helps them put their families together.

You said "If you use a Birthdate Calculator...". I do not calculcate birth dates. If it is not on the stone I will only add a birth date if found in another reliable source.

Hi Tom! Had a bit of sunshine so I was able to snap a few pictures. I have additional pictures I will forward in an email, that I did not post here and you can do with what you see fit!
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know!

My name is Holly Broyles. Mabel was my grandfather's sister. He was William Claude Broyles and is also buried at St. Mary's. I have been slowly doing family research over the years. Once I am an official "empty nester" I hope to do more.
