I am doing family research on surnames: Eikenbary, Carter, Wilson, Reed, McGinley, Huwaldt, Meade, Thalken, Roberts, Ross, Glendenning, and so on. When adding to this site, I like to add as much information as I can find. In most cases I try to take a picture of every tombstone in the cemeteries I have visited. Found out if I didn't, later on they may have been "family".

My photos of tombstones maybe used elsewhere, just reference you found them on FAG, so other people may find this wonderful site.

HOWEVER a request should be made for "person" photos - not just submitted to another site as if they were your photo. I do use/visit other sites.

RE: Memorial; KIRK 36295070 & 3905433
Hello Debbie,
Thank you for asking for permission to use my gravestone photos on the Find A Grave memorial for Harry M. Kirk and Olive M. Kirk in Willamette National Cemetery.

If you give me credit as the photographer, include that the original photo is on Find A Grave, and give the name and location of the cemetery, you have my permission to post the gravestone photos I took on your Ancestry family tree. Anyone else who wants to use these photos needs to contact me for permission.

Eikenbary family
I have been doing research on this family for Raymond Eikenbary of Stillwater, OK who I have known since my days at OSU. How do you fit into the family? He and his sister Carol are the last of the children of Grover Eikenbary. Raymond has dimentia, so if anyone wants information from him, they should try to contact him soon. I have quite a bit, including documents if you are interested. You may use my normal email address I hope to hear from you. Annette Gauthier

C. K. Stillwagon
Hi there. Thank you very much for all the edits that you sent. I have accepted all the edits for Emma however, in regards to C. K. Stillwagon, I didn't accept them all.
I didn't accept the DOB because as there is a 2 year difference between the edit you sent and what the marker says so I left that as is. Also, I didn't accept the edit to change the "K." to a "K," as I add periods to all names that are in initial format (I want to be consistent in how I enter initials plus there are periods there in his name on the marker).
In addition, I didn't enter his name as "Charles" but left it as a "C." as this helps to avoid duplicates as you know that can surely happen, lol.
I did changed the first initial from a "G." to a "C." as I knew it could have been either one (hard to read and had noted that in the bio section as well) but glad you found some information about Charles.
I did add all the edited information you provided and added them to C. K.'s bio section so that anybody doing research can see and I also gave you credit as well. I thought I'd let you know about this. Keep up the great work fellow Findagraver and thanks again! :)

Sossman children in Homestead Cemetery
Since the Death Certificates state Homestead and their parents are there, I suggest you go ahead and add them to Homestead Cemetery. Then you can link them to their parents.

RE: Thank you for photo
Hi. No thanks necessary, it was my pleasure. One day, I intend to complete Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.

Thanks for your message.
