Rob T Boyd Marker 839
at Camp Chase Confederate Cemetery, Ohio.

I'm a semi invalid and have to do almost all of my research on line and as you know there are really no sites with researcher input that are 100% accurate.

I don't know if you posted the picture and also matched this marker with one Robert (NMI) Boyd born about 1823 in ALABAMA (per 1850 & 1860 Census)or if you posted the picture and had nothing to do with the bio data now attached. I have searched for days and haven't been able to find records identifying the picture as Robert Boyd b. abt 1823 in Alabama instead of Rob T as identified on the marker. I know there were prisoners transferred in from other places and I feel sure at least some records were kept This Pvt. Rob J Boyd is also identified as being born in Newberry, SC instead of Alabama.

I sincerely hope you can understand my problem and can shed some light on the correct answers. I seem to be only 1 of many of those researching the Boyds' not taking this mixed data as fact.

Thank you in advance for your help
