Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family genealogy for over 25 years. I discovered findagrave.com in mid 2009. I was so impressed with the helpful nature of people (photo requests, offers for obituary assistance etc.) that I feel a responsibility to give back to this community of volunteers.

I have fielded many requests to use the images that I have uploaded, so to make things simple, please feel free to copy and use any of the photos I've posted on findagrave.com. As far as I am concerned, the pictures I've taken and posted are now part of the public domain and can be used by anyone for any purpose. There is no desire on my part for ANY person who uses my photos to cite me in any way. I STRONGLY urge my fellow Contributors to do the same.

In the (likely) event of errors or omissions, once notified I will make every effort to make the correction within 24 hours and to acknowledge said correction.

As far as memorial transfers go, I WANT to transfer memorials to family members. This would be my preference. However, if you are not a family member but have additional pertinent information that you would like to add, just ask for the transfer and I will comply with your request. That being said, this is not a numbers game so let your conscience be your guide.

In closing, my heart felt thanks goes out to my fellow volunteers who have so generously and diligently worked to make this site such a valuable resource to the public.

Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

RE: Mary Jane Comeau Ashford in Valley Cemetery
Thank you so much Rick. Great pictures! Such a shame. they had at least 12 children. You would have thought the kids would have pitched in for a stone, but I don't know enough about this side of the family yet to form a real opinion. Hopefully I'll be able to get a clearer picture with some more digging!

Thanks again

RE: Raymond E Stanley Marker Photo
Rick,

Thanks a lot for taking the photo of the Marker for Raymond Stanley. I will be updating his memorial page at http://www.virtualwall.org/ds/StanleyRE01a.htm along with adding links to the other 10 men from his company killed in action that day. I like your photo use policy and agree with you. Thanks

Jack

RE: Henry Ashford /Pine Grove, Manchester, NH
Good Day! How elegantly you describe a 'paupers grave'! Thank you for taking the time to try to find Henry for me. Yes, I would like a photo of the section and of the map like you offered. It's probably the most I'm going to get! I was wondering why he wasn't buried with his wife but she died first and 'not having funds' is probably one of the reasons. So I think you solved a mystery for me!

Thank you so much!

RE: E.C.H. Franzen
Hi Rick: You're very welcome. I was just glad there was a headstone for him. There are a lot of graves in this cemetery that are unmarked. Glad I could help you with your genealogy research. Chris
