THERE IS A HEAVENLY GARDEN, by Otis Rainwater

Sometimes God picks the flower
That is still in bloom
Sometimes the rosebud's chosen
That we feel He's picked too soon
Sometimes the flower is fading
With petals floating down
But God knows the perfect time
To gather flowers from the ground
There is a heavenly garden
In which God takes great pleasure
Because He's placed within it
The loved ones that we treasure
He walks among the blossoms
Giving them eternal rest
And I know that it must please him
Because He chose our very best.

Used by permission. The perfect time for Otis to pass from this life came November 4, 2010.

Old Rock Hill Cemetery/James J Cook
Mr. Smith, My name is Judy Cook Channell. I found your name on the memorial for James J. Cook. You added a picture of his gravestone from the Old Rockhill Cemetery in Henderson Co, TX. Mu daughter and I took a trip this summer through Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas, which are states where a lot of my ancestors were from. One stop we made was in Brownsboro, TX to see and take pictures of relatives graves. We took a lot of pictures in the New Rockhill Cemetery, but found the Old Rock Hill Cemetery is closed. The first gate was locked and the ground between the first gate and the second gate was so overgrown that we did not think we could get through to the second gate. We were told the guy that now owns the land the cemetery is on, no longer allows anyone into the area. I was wondering if there is anyway you could send me an electronic copy of any pictures of headstones you took in the Old Rock Hill Cemetery, As I said, I have many relatives buried there, including James J. Cook. Thank you.

I was aware of the cemetery marker and have been intending to write a bio and include that info. Thank you for reminding me! I will do that tomorrow.

Why don't you just send it to me, unless you are related?

Hi There, Clark isn't in my data base but looked for him in the 1900 Henderson Co., TX census. His parents seem to be B. Frank Dingler b. Jun 1843 and Louisa/Larissa? b. Aug 1858. Maybe they are in the same cem. or on Findagrave. I didn't look for them further. Good Luck. I seem to be doing OK. Bill passed away in Nov last year right after we had moved to Fort Worth. Kind'a quiet and not much traveling being done. Hope all is well with you. Bobbye Varner

Louis Norris obituary
Wayne,

I have emailed you but also wanted to put a note here to thank you so much for finding an obituary on my grandfather from 1923. All I grew up with was the stories my dad told of his father and then being raised in La Rue by his grandparents William and Mary Norris.

Thanks you so very very much.

Dear Wayne,
I have a request in to have Bessie's parents added to her site. I wound also like to add the other two children who do not show up with Billy. Addie Zell #24218530, and Al #39831268. Also I have had the ads removed so we may add more pics. How do you get the pic. you put at the top of the page to stay at the top, and will pics. show up on the left side and not just on the right?
Someone else has put another site up for Bessie. It is set up as just Bessie McLeod and now when you pull up Bessie by name (Bessie McLeod) that site is coming up and not the one our family wants there. Is there a way to correct or fix ?
I think I have caused you enough problems for one day, so I'll Close for now.
Thanks,
Mary Eisel

RE: Addie Zell Butler Martin
167230397e,
Thank you so much for your help. Addie Zell was my sister's mother in law. Her Mother, Bessie Bingham Butler McLeod died in 1929 at age 27. The family never knew where Bessie was buried, so I joined Ancestry. I found her and put her on Find a Grave(# 167230397 ) and I'm trying to make sure all of her family gets added. I'm new at this , so I'm not sure how to add people. I may need your help in the future. I hope her parents come up, as I tried to add them. I am in hopes that will add Addie Zell (24218530) on as her daughter. Billie (64104146) was a brother to Addie Zell. I hope I have not messed things up.
Thanks for all of your help,
Mary Eisel
