THERE IS A HEAVENLY GARDEN, by Otis Rainwater
Sometimes God picks the flower
That is still in bloom
Sometimes the rosebud's chosen
That we feel He's picked too soon
Sometimes the flower is fading
With petals floating down
But God knows the perfect time
To gather flowers from the ground
There is a heavenly garden
In which God takes great pleasure
Because He's placed within it
The loved ones that we treasure
He walks among the blossoms
Giving them eternal rest
And I know that it must please him
Because He chose our very best.
Used by permission. The perfect time for Otis to pass from this life came November 4, 2010.
Otis Boyd Rainwater

|Gary B. Sanders||RE: Murphey Richardson|
I appreciate the post; I was acquainted w/most of these, didn't realize Beulah Sanders was a sister. I remember Julian Sanders well, he being the age of an older brother who served together in WWII. Would be glad to transfer any of these.
Hi Wayne, thanks for adding the links I suggested to the Rufus F. Dunn Richardson family. When I was a child, I met Lee and Beulah maybe once or twice. I never met my first cousin once removed Julian Sanders but my parents knew him well. I have added a memorial for him and links to his parents. Thanks also for the offer to transfer but now that the links are there, I think everything is fine. What was the name of your older brother?
|Earnest Ward||Roy Anna Morman|
FG# 599 468 02 was just updating information you posted on Hugh Morman # 599 467 24 as her middle name was Anna.
Sorry have not gotten back. Don't have any information other then what we have. Guess we let it go.

Hi Wayne, please hang on to the obit, I am so over loaded with them now, having problems with desk top, and no printer for the lap top. If you can copy it out and send in mail, I can copy that way on the memorial. Send to Bonnie, at 11790 Robin Lane, Conroe, Texas 77303.Thank you so much for not adding it as a photo.
Have a great day

I apologize. I didn't enlarge the photo and thought it was a double headstone with William and Tabitha.

whats the conflict?
Mothers marker # 35901094 (with Ivy Lee) states mother and father to both. Did find the fact that they both carry mothers maiden name unusual (unless she returned to it after a divorce).
What is your information on this?
|Stacie Briggs||RE: Texana|
Yes she is my2great grandmother. Her death certificate has her as Mrs C. C. Tyler. Her son Willie was the informant on the certificate. I have never heard about her being married to a Mr. Powell. The head stone has her death date 14 March 1939. She is at Shiloh Cemetery in Flower Mound Texas. There is a picture of it on find a grave under Texana Tyler. Unfortunately my grandmother and all of her siblings have all past away and I can not ask about Mr Powell. I have found 2 other Texana's listed on census in my searches. But I do know that Texana Tyler mother of Hettie,Jettie, Willie, Minnie, and Lena is buried at Shiloh. Minnie B and Hettie are also right there near her.
|Floyd||Annie Hanson, Concord Baptist Church Cemetery|
Concerning the suggested edit for Annie Hanson, I am her great-great grandson. I am also a Texas-licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer, which affords me unprecedented access to accurate information contained in death records. As much confidence that the previously spoken of gentleman probably has, who believes her maiden name to be "Weaver", he is unfortunately mistaken. I am in possession of death record documentation which says her maiden name is in fact, "Cogburn". I would be MORE than happy to provide you documentation that corroborates this information. If the other gentleman has documentation that precludes this from being changed he is welcome to compare and/or contrast it to mine.
