Try as you may. You won't find anyone more patriotic then me. Here I am with my buddy, WW2 Marine Corps veteran Cpl Robert C. Kickert who served the Corps on Guadalcanal, Saipan-Tinian, Guam and Iwo Jima. Bob is one of my greatest inspirations. He may be the only person that could be more patriotic then me. My favorite past time is helping WW2 and other veterans receive the medals that they may have not received for their service to our country through the National Archives and Records Administration.
My name is Gina Burzawa and I am sending you this message in part because my daughter happened upon a site that she found there was a message left for John Burzawa my husband and she found the Virtual Flowers you left for him regarding losing his father John Andrew Burzawa Jan. 25th 1968. I can't believe we never found this before it being over 2 years ago. I read my husband the message and we would just like to Thank You for your kind wonderful thoughts. There is no doubt my husband is a great Man, Husband and father and there is no doubt in my mind his father would be extremely proud of the Man he has become. So again Thank You. Sorry so late to respond.
RE: You get around Hi David, Thank you very much for the kind words, I appreciate it. I found it quite sad that no one had left flowers for those brave gentlemen on the anniversary of the flag raising. It was my way of honoring all those who served there. I have many friends at my VFW post that served in WWII and they are an inspiration to me as well. I read your bio; keep up your good work, it's great to see such a patriotic American! Semper Fidelis! Love the Hat! Thank You for the kind words, like I said, I like to do a little above and beyond for brother serviceman and their families, who gave their lives in wars for our freedoms. After all they gave more than I will ever give taking a few photos and looking up information. Once again Mahalo = Thank You (Hawaiian Style) Aloha from Hawaii The Almeida's
