Married, mom of 2 girls. My family is spread far and wide; unfortunately, we probably don't know that each-other exists. I have watched my already small family grow smaller with each death. |
Trained and have worked as a funeral director, I know that life and family ties are more fragile than glass. Find a grave may help find family along with family history (yours and/or mine).
When I post a new file, I do my best to complete the file as much as possible. Most of my information starts from our local on line newspaper: democratandchronicle.com. Any additional information most likely comes from the info available online from the funeral home the family used for final disposition.
The files I create, generally, will not have punctuation (unless in the name) or be abbreviated. If I am looking for a file so to avoid duplication, I search for full first and last names (primarily by cemetery, secondary by date).
Unless a person is listed in my Virtual 'Family Plot', I am generally more than willing to transfer ownership. Any pictures I have taken/posted may be used on ancestry.com, etc.

I have removed the photo I recently posted for this person because it was actually of the marker for this person's father. Your memorial is apparently for the son for whom there is no record of burial at White Haven.

Could I ask where you got your information that John G. Wihlen (1910-2010) is buried in White Haven Memorial Park? Their records do not show a burial for any Wihlen except John W. and his wife Frida, for which I made memorial pages today. Thanks for your help. - David
Thank you for the transfer!

Hi. I added the pic for Linda. Also, I created memorials and added pics for her parents Casimer (1901-1978) and Carrie (1903-1983) who are buried with her.

Thank you so much for transferring Selah Bond to me and teaching me the proper way to request transfers. I am new to this and a slow learner I guess. I appreciate your help and understanding. Thanks again.

Could you please transfer Selah Bond #69790764 to me. He is my husband's father. We hopefully will be able to post his grave site soon. I'm new here, so I hope I am doing this right. Thank you so much for all you do on this site. You are so appreciated.
