Please use the "Suggest a Correction" feature on the Edit tab at the top of the Memorial you are interested in.

You are welcome to use any picture I have taken for your personal use (Yes you can put them on your Ancestry tree) that's WHY I took them. You don't have to ask for permission, I just ask that you credit Find A Grave.

However you want to use them is fine with me, unless you are using them in a book or something, then I fully expect you to make me fabulously wealthy from my little iPhone picture.

Make sure that I took the picture though, some people here (in the minority thankfully) freak OUT if you use their pictures.
