I am originally from Owen County Ky. That is why you see so many obits posted by me of my family & friends. I have lived in Frankfort, Ky, Versailles, Ky and Georgetown, Ky. I have lived in NC since the 1980s. I am working diligently on getting all the deceased veterans of ALL wars from Owen County added to Find A Grave. It is especially important to me that these Americans not be forgotten. When my Daddy became ill, one of the things he told me was "please don't forget me. I don't want to be completely forgotten after I'm gone." All of us feel this way. That's why you and I spend so much of our time doing this. Hopefully, when I'm gone, a part of me will live on as people review the memorials I have posted.
