Bio and Links
Bio Photo My family is from Frametown Wv., Braxton Co. & surrounding areas. I focus on Braxton Co. mostly & also West Virginia in general. For the past 10 years I have been researching my family, photographing & transcribing cemeteries, doing lookups for others & basically anything & everything to do with genealogy. I love this & am very happy to help anyone that I can in the process. I am always looking to connect with any Frame relatives.

My memorials are added with the information directly from a stone & if I have additional information, it will be added also. I have been working with cemetery records for a long time so I know a bit of what I am doing. I do make mistakes though too, I am a human & dont always catch it. The amount of memorials I have added is in no way a race to see who can get the most. I add them to help others & to help insure the most complete & accurate records as possible. Generally I am adding a complete cemetery with a few exceptions now & then.

I am happy to transfer memorials, unless they are my family as well.

Please send all edits through the edit tab, it is the easiest & most efficient way to send any corrections or additions to memorials.

Often I will add death certificates, it is fully within FAG guidelines. They not only help others but also add to the record of death, which is what FAG is for. It is not a site for 'remembering or celebrating a persons life'. Your personal preference on if they look tacky or uncaring has no bearing on me adding them. I will only remove them if you are the immediate relative but if you are rude to me about it, I will not remove it at all & ignore you. A little niceness goes a long way with me as I am a very nice person & expect to be treated with a little common decency & respect.

PS: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PHOTO'S I HAVE POSTED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & POST THEM ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE WEB. YOU CAN USE THEM FOR YOUR FAMILY TREE'S IF THEY ARE YOUR FAMILY BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE I GET CREDIT FOR THE PHOTO. THERE IS ALOT OF TIME & EFFORT INVOLVED IN TRANSCRIBING A CEMETERY, ESPECIALLY THE SMALLER ONES IN THE WOODS & HILLS. I DO IT BECAUSE I LOVE IT, NOT FOR RANDOM PEOPLE TO JUST TAKE & THEN I FIND MY OWN PICS ON ANCESTRY WHILE DOING SEARCHES & AS HINTS ON MY OWN TREE, WHERE I ALREADY HAVE THAT PICTURE. ANY FURTHER PICTURES I ADD HERE WILL BE WATERMARKED.

Thank You
Cheryl,
Thank you so very much for the transfers and for the access to the information on the Craft and Hamrick families on your site. It was much more than I expected. I have literally spent all day long gleaning information. Think I'll take tomorrow off and go visit a couple cemeteries.
Kindest Regards,
Don

RE: E-Mails
It's not the first time something got lost in cyberspace. I'm just glad you got it this time. I really appreciate you taking the time to look at it.
Kindest Regards, Don

RE: E-Mails
Cheryl,
The e-mails were sent to br3chr@aol.com. They contained questions about Craft family members buried in your Middle Run Cemetery listings. Would you e-mail me at dwwhitaker@msn.com so I can have a good address for you to send this to?

E-Mails
Cheryl,
I have sent you two e-mails using different addresses. Both are good but I usually try to keep genealogy related material on the MSN address. Sorry for the confusion. Hope to hear from you soon. You have done fantastic work!
Thanks,
Don Whitaker

RE: William Hacker
I moved them over to the Frame Cemetery you created. If you are related, I'll be happy to transfer these 3 memorials to you.
Thanks! Sandy

Where is he buried? Could it be that he doesn't have a marker?

Mary Mae Frame
I deleted Mary Mae Frame, and added her to the same Frame cemetery her father is listed in.

Of course YOU nor I have no way of knowing where I Mary Mae Frame listed in the correct Frame cemetery at first or not... because not every grave has markers.

Asking a memorials be deleted because you did not find a stone/marker. Is not acceptable.

God Bless

Terrence Frame
Hello Cheryl
My name is Terrence (Buster) Frame. My father was Roy G. Frame who I think you may have met. His Father was Roy Frame and his Grand Father was Willard Frame. I've never been to Frametown or the Frame Family Cemetery. Can you give me directions on finding it? Thanks in advance.
