Bio Photo "In The Fullness of Time a Life Journey Ends, But Love Once Shared Continues to Live, and Beyond This Day That Love Prevails"

Please feel free to use any pictures that we have taken as you would like. It has been nice to share family pictures and information with everyone. I truly appreciate any and all help regarding family history. I encourage everyone to use these photos for whatever reason that best suits their purpose. In my opinion, family photos, documents and information need to be distributed between family members. The more people that have copies of them, the more likely they are to survive for several generations. In regard to copyrights - I don't believe that any of us have asked permission if it would be okay to take a headstone picture of someones deceased relative. Most of us are just greatful that our loved ones are remembered!

Thank you so much, she was my Mom's last sister, Have enjoyed the fact that we had so many chances to talk over the years. I talked to her the night before she died, she was in her kitchen cooking her some soup. We got a call from her that night before she passed away. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS FINE,NOT TO WORRY, and knowing how she lived her life, I know that it was true.

George Skipworth Slayden
Thank you for removing your newspaper photo.
My fiancÚ Clinton Slayton and I are the Slayden/Slayton/Slaton family researchers. We have maintained an active private website for extended family and SSS researchers for 16 years and we manage the SSS family DNA project, with over 40 results to a number of different progenitors for the Slayden/Slayton/Slaton surname.
So far the surname shows Clinton IM253, and Julia is IP37.2, two different lines from Haplotype I, which split about 27,000 years ago.
So back in the caves we were related.
We are seeking DNA from the British Isles to add to the DNA project.

Please remove the photo you posted of the newspaper clipping of my grandfather George Skipworth Slayden posted in the Paducah Sun.
I was born and raised in Paducah, and am fully
aware of the circumstances of George's death.
There is no gravestone in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery for George, I have walked it many times.
