Hello, this is the grave of my grand uncle Benson Glenwood King. I would like to take over management of this memorial if you don't mind as I have received his record from the State of Ohio and would like to give him the much deserved respect for the hard, short life he lived. Benson is the son of Lyman Emmer King and Esma Rachel Nodine, brother to Blendina Virginia King my grandmother. He was the 2nd of 3 children born probably in 1911. The State of Ohio didn't even have his birthdate correct and seems to have confused him with his older brother Emmer who was in the Boys Home in Lucas County as well as being transferred to Fairfield. The state reported that he was 19 when he died, but he was really only 16 or 17. If you would prefer to keep management and have me send you the biographical information, that is fine too, just let me know. My point here is really to show some respect for a lost family member who was a victim of circumstance.

Hello- First off- THANK you for taking this photo of my ancestor- I have been seeking him for a while now. I am hoping that you would be willing to give permission for me to add this photo to my genealogy files (giving you credit of course) and or possibly transfer this interment to me so I may add and link to family members?
My Find A Grave ID is #46601597)
Again- thanks so much!

Sorry that was sent prematurely. It is John Smaltz if that makes a difference. Thank you.

I have a photo from Salem Church Cemetery that matches that seems to match the dates of John Smaltz. Is it possible he is buried there? It appears his wife is buried in that cemetery. Thank you.

No problem. Thx.

Hi Chuck, I changed Edson's mother's name as you suggested, but on the picture posted by Natalie, Christine's name is the same. I have made note of the different spelling on her death certificate. I appreciate your input.
Rather than using the message area, if you use the edit tab on each memorial it makes it easier to find the memorial you are asking about. When asking for date, name, and links to family etc. please use the edit tab on the memorial You can enter the changes and they will be reviewed. Also on your own contributor tab, you will find all of your requests for changes that you have placed as well as changes asked of you.
Have a good week,

Please request any transfers to you, directly from the page of each person. It makes it so much easier. I also am related to the Kerns but I will transfer close relations to you within 3 generations.
Thanks for you help with going to each page and letting me know your relationship.
