|Retirement has let me really work on my genealogy research. My concentration is families in Titus and Franklin Counties. Families are so intermingled in these counties through marriage. Really trying to ensure all cemeteries in these counties are in Find-a-grave. I love when other researchers provide me with new information. Just ask and I will try and help you whenever possible.|

I have a headstone photo from Newport Indiana of Philemon Thomas. The dates are different than the person you requested but I would venture this person is related. Are you interested? b 1809 d 1860 Jer

I received an edit request from you to link the parents below to Harold L. Ewing. Was wanting to know what your source of information is to link them as his parents. I haven't found any info to show they are his parents. Will wait to hear from you.

Mr. Cobb, I'm not sure why you attached Dalton Madison Campbell, 54117362, to my great-grandfather Thomas Jefferson Campbell, 7279414, as his son but your information is incorrect. My Thomas Jefferson Campbell came directly to Oklahoma from Tennessee after the Civil War. He has never been in Texas. I'm asking you to please remove this link. All the best, Lynne

Hello Howard ~
I can't remember if I've asked if you could transfer my great-grandmother, Sallie Ann Tabb #63615841 to me or not.
If I have, please forgive me, If I haven't would you do the honor...I've recently discovered a living cousin and we are sharing so much information - I'd like to keep the family close.
|Jeff Wheat||Sallie Ann Johnson Wheat|
I am trying to track down my GG grandmother Sallie Ann Johnson Wheat. She appears to have been born in Hunt County, Texas on 6 Aug 1856. Married Isaac Drury (Ike) Wheat in Rains County, TX in 1873. Looks like she died on 9 Aug 1899 in Wood County, TX.
I don't know much else about her other than the children that she and Ike had. I am wondering if she might be a daughter of John and Lucinda Breazeale Johnson. I see where they have two children listed (James and John). Her husband Ike is supposed to be buried in Little Hope cemetery in Wood County (no marker). I am totally at a dead end with Sallie and am hoping you may be able to help.
check 44196875 there is two memorials on same person. Thanks Luteen Carroll
|Chrissy||Sarah Wood (Dorcus) Lann|
I solved the mystery on the name you have for this memorial. You have 2 wives names combined. The wives of Henry J. Lann are:
1st Wife: Dorcas (Edgar) Lann
2nd Wife: Sarah E. (Wood) Lann
The name for this memorial #65137759 should be Sarah E. (Wood) Lann
I'm thinking that Dorcas (Edgar) Lann may be buried in the same cemetery, but I can't find any records. If there is any way that you could verify that Dorcas is buried at Damascus Cemetery, I would appreciate it. If you can't find a Dorcas, maybe try looking for all the Lann's buried there? Dorcas is my GG Grandmother. It would be nice to know where her final resting place is. Any help is appreciated.
