Bio

Hello, my biological father was Thomas Matthew Cook, but I was adopted by the Awalt family. All this started me on a quest to find my roots through family history research. I have done a lot of research on both my adopted family and my natural family which has been very satisfying. I was even blessed to meet my biological family through this process which has been icing on the cake. Some of the colonial names I have been researching are: Austin, Barton, Bell, Bogaert, Brackbill, Bradstreet, Cook , Cortright, Cox, Crain, Cummings, Curtis, Ellison, Frisbie, Gambrel, Groff, Guest, Hazen, Henson, Herr, Koch, Lanning, Lowe, Lauderdale, Maitland, Mathews, Patterson, Peck, Pitney, Pond, Rusa, Teeple, Tillingast, Van Alstyne, Vosburgh.
