Hi,
I have recently started looking into my genealogy on my maternal grandfather's side, which is Kincaid. I have gone back as far as 1797 when my ggg grandfather was born. His name is James Kincade, born in Kentucky in 1797. He had a son by the name of Alexander who was my gg grandfather, and he had a son, Silas who was my greatgrandfather. His son Theodore (Bud) Kincaid was my grandfather. I'm trying to find out who James' parents were. If anyone has any information that might be helpful, I would be greatly appreciative.
On my paternal side, I have also been searching for the Ganns and Eudys genealogy, which is much easier than the Kincaids.
