When I first checked this website I found that none of the McCallies' that were at Forrest Cemetery in Gadsden, Alabama were listed. However, some had been buried there for 80 years. I experimented with the site and added only one or two. Then I found others and took pictures. At first, I didn't really want any information other than date of birth and such. Then upon looking at others, I realized that so much more could and should be added. Over time, I learned that many people contribute to this and often take pictures for others in locations they themselves cannot go. I found this to be very noble.
The ones that I maintain are because I asked for them, and others were given to me without asking, because I was related, and I was maintaining them.
This site has helped me locate distant relatives, and I've found pictures of uncles and grandparents I had never seen. I believe those pictures and information should be available to all that are interested. Thank you all for your time and efforts.
