PLEASE NOTE: I GIVE MY PERMISSION FOR ANY OF MY PERSONAL PHOTOS ON MY MEMORIALS TO BE USED/SHARED. It is so exciting to find photos of ancestors and their gravestones on find a grave, I have benefited from the generosity of others so many times, and do hope that I, in turn, might be there to help others. Blessings.

My name is Debbie/Deb Biggs. I was born in Ludington, Michigan. My family moved to East Lansing, Michigan, Moscow, Idaho, West Lafayette, Indiana. That is where I met and married my High School sweetheart! He entered the Air Force shortly after high school, and we spent 25 years in some marvelous areas of this beautiful country. We have 3 children and 6 amazing grandchildren.
I have always been interested in our family's history, asking questions as I grew, never tiring of hearing the traditional family stories. It has just been the past few years that I have begun to research and really go past the information that earlier generations had already compiled. I am completely and thoroughly hooked. I dearly love seeing our ancestors 'come to life' right before our eyes as we find new clues to their lives. I joined Find a Grave just recently, due to a couple other members' encouragement---thank you! I am so happy that I have become a member, and am working (albeit slowly) to honor and memorialize many of our ancestors through this site. I am also working to spark an early enthusiasm for family history in our grandchildren. I hope that we can continue to honor our ancestors throughout the generations to come.
