I am the youngest (age 71!) daughter of Percy and Stella Smith, and I grew up in Wilmington, NC. Mother and Daddy moved to Asheville in their later years. They had six children, 3 of whom are now deceased. Their oldest child died on January 8, 2010 in Stanly County North Carolina. He was Malon Rhodes Smith, born May 31, 1921.
