I removed the birth place recorded on the death certificate and posted the message you sent to his memorial.

This is not a duplicate memorial. The birth and death dates for the 2 Houston Looneys buried in Michael Looney Cemetery are different as are their parents. These are cousins, but definitely not the same person. I check for duplicates thoroughly before adding a memorial.
|gravefinder||Eula Bea Looney Johnson|
By some chance was this your mother.
Eula Bea Looney is my 5th cousin 3x removed. I have done a lot of work on my family tree. Some of the Looney side has been from a couple of books that I bought "Most Distinguished Characters on the American Frontier, by Madge (Looney) and Phillip Crane.
When I travel around I also stop at graveyards and take pictures for anyone to use as they please.
Thank you for all the information and pictures you have supplied for everyone to see and use in their trees.
Alice Looney in Ancestry.com has Eula having four children. I found the the firs two, do you know how many children she and her husband had.
I am on findagrave as gravefinder and my ancestry tree is Danver-Jolly.
Thanks for all your help.

Good Morning, Larry,
Mem # 56907448 created by you. You were tracing a couple of Family trees that I thought might fit the info on the picture I have. Guess there is a fine line in names & spellings. I was hoping I had one
picture of your family. Also, think my computer just goofed up on your e-mail. It did on another one too. Sorry. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I wanted your permission before I posted the picture, Kathy

Contributor, Caryn Hood is also tracing her
Looney Family Tree and has a Looney Cemetery
somewhere. You might want to message her. I just noticed
this tonite while working on other things.
|Kathy (St. John) Millsap||1924 Picture of Emma McGee (Kreager)|
Of her and her husband and 2 yrs old boy and 7 yr. old girl. Emma would be 38 yrs. I wrote you an
e-mail, but it said invalid e-mail address.
I'm a contributor on here. Could you send me a valid e-mail where I could send my letter? I feel this old picture is your family. Be glad to send it to you for free. Found it in an antique store in Missouri. It has writing on the picture and taken in Spokane, Wash. Nice looking family (oval)
Hello! I read your message to Amber Mahan Vaughn about getting to Davidson Cemetery, and it brought back memories! I was only there once, and I used a county map. It took me directly there, because the cemetery was marked and the dirt roads were marked also. This was probably 30 years ago or more. But just after we left the cemetery, a rainstorm hit, and those roads became well nigh impassable. Not quite, as we did get through, but with a lot of sliding and making deep ruts. The lightning storm is what I'll never forget. The rain came so hard I couldn't see the end of the hood of the car, so I stopped, and the lightning was striking all around us for about half an hour. I've never seen so many lightning strikes at one time. But we made it out!
Thanks for posting the picture, too. My pictures were film type and I haven't scanned them. Thanks!
