Always welcome, Sarah. Walking amongst the tombstones has become my preferred method of relaxation...who would've thought it? Mam-maw Ethel would be so proud of me! :)

You're welcome! 😊

You're welcome ~ My pleasure!

You are welcome . I was wondering whether you had reference to Joey Langley's tombstone photo or his father Troy Thomas Langley's military grave marker and the double tombstone for him and his wife which that still does not have a death date for Troy Thomas Langley . The military birth month is different from the one on the double tombstone . I am not sure how that happened . I put those photos on very recently and not long ago I added marriage book records as photos on Troy's mother's ( Essie Langley ) memorial page . What is your connection with the Langley family ?

You are so welcome.
|Shirley C McKenzie||Jimmy Harold Osborne|
Sarah, Jimmy Harold is buried at Indian Creek Cemetery in Chewalla with his Osborne grandparents. Indian Creek used to be the family cemetery, but Ruby (Dixon) his mother loved the Barnes family into whom her sister, Lola, had married. Aunt Ruby wanted to be buried with them, thus Jimmy Harold is with Uncle Onnie's parents, Ella Mae (Hurley) Osborne Coke & Jeff Osborne. They are all together on the north side of the circle road, which is the oldest part of the cemetery. I have been there many times and go each year on the 1st Saturday of May for the Homecoming and Decoration Day. Will you please change his burial place? He is listed in the Indian Creek records and I have seen his stone for many years,.
Thank you. Shirley (Cartwright) McKenzie, dau. of Birdie (Mae) sister to Onnie Sr and Aunt to Jimmy Harold.

Dear Sarah, I was looking at the memorial for a cousin, Leslie Hugh Osborne II, buried at Lake George, CO and saw you had left a greeting. Thinking you might be connected to the Osbornes. I then looked at your Virtual records and imagine my surprise when I saw Austins and Stuarts (among others) in Alcorn/Prentiss MS. I am also related to them through my Cartwrights. Would you email me at email@example.com? I am intrigued about this relationship. Shirley (Cartwright) McKenzie. Thanks.

You're very welcome.
|Barbara Jones||RE: STEPHENS CEMETERY|
You are very welcome. I met a nice lady at the cemetery who showed me a grave that she said was that of Joyce Hankins. There was no headstone. There was one of those little gray markers that funeral homes place but the paper with the information on it was gone. I did not feel comfortable posting a photo of it.
I hope to go back to Stephens again within a few months and I will check to see if a headstone has been placed. Have a great day! BJ
