Mary Gilchrist. Wife of John McCuaig.
There are more than one John and you forgot to give his memorial number so I don't know which one you mean.
I can put the note in the bio if you want.

Hi, just thought I would share this from the faqs so you'll know if I send edits to correct surnames which have mulitple married names in the surname field. Have posted it on my profile page.
It is the same as what Mark said in the forums.
Last Name as you would find it on the tombstone, if the interred had more than one marriage or other possible spellings please place this information in the bio and use the family links. Do not include honorary or other suffixes in the Last Name field."

I noticed a while back that there is now an option on find a grave, for having pre needs deleted so, since I inherited many then I will be asking for deletion of most of them after trying to find an obit.
It must be a new feature.

|Yandeau||How to enter several married names|
Just want to share,..I used to wonder how to enter names on memorials of people who were married more than once, Even 3 or 4 times.
What I recall Mark saying was that one should enter the name of the last marriage on a stone and put the other names in the bio section.
In the case of where the name is only one one stone then that is the married name to enter and link to other spouses or put the info in the bio.
There is a limit on how many names one can enter in the surname field.
You can see the problem that arises when a person marries more than 2 or 3 times with so many names in the surname field..
I will ask the question again to have Mark confirm.
