I am Rons Mother, Katherine and will continue to manage his memorials. If you are requesting update information to be added on memorials I'm not related to, I prefer to transfer the memorial to you,so you can edit, and include additional information at your convenience.
I will leave this bio as it was put in by Ron, since Ron wrote this bio he has passed away. Here is the # for his memorial-92220406.

Many THANKS to "Barbara" for her hard work on the Confederate Veterans entries in Forest Hills Cemetery, Chatt.Tn.
Would appreciate any info on: Bradley, Welch, Hicks, Green, Sparger, Brickey.
I have posted every Bradley that I have found while on photo request. Most are not related. Just can't pass them up.
Please check out Virtual Cemeteries. You may know someone and can add bio.
Especially: Dalton Confederate Cemetery. This list is of "Unknown". List found in Texas just before 1999, when a memorial wall was erected.
Elizabeth Clark Tipton wife of Thomas Hicks Please remove the middle name Clark from her obituary. I (horrors! as a beginning genealogist) combined Elizabeth Tipton with a possible Miss Clark when researching in the McClung collection in Knoxville TN many many years ago. Therefore, this "mistake" is now spread all around the internet 30 years later. There is NO proof that her middle name is Clark based upon the name Hester Clark that I found way back then. I am descended from Andrew Hicks (no proof his middle name was Jackson; only his son has this middle initial) through Thomas Jefferson Hicks' last daughter with Sarah Phillips. I was the one who back in the day went up to the cemetery and enumerated it in Rock Springs, Walker Co. GA. I am a real stickler for proof as you might tell. I searched in original records and kept notes. After all these years I try to remove my early beginning errors. Hope you can help me with this. Bev Field
