Bio

From age 6 up I have always been interested in cemeteries. Raised next to one and took note of funerals and visited gravesites out of fascination. Have worked off & on since age 12 or so on my family's ancestry. Realizing that pics of stones work well for those who died before photography became a reality, I now research my own tree and attempt to fill in the blanks via this site. Then I realized I could help others by snapping a few shots myself for them, and that gives me breaks (or respite) from the day-to-day issues of life. I'm learning some tricks of the trade when it comes to photographing stones, but still have a way to go. I desire clarity, sharpness, accuracy, and try to cut down interference in my shots. I am glad to hear my work is appreciated. You're welcome!
