I became interested in Genealogy recently upon discovering my Grandmother was the victim of a homicide. The family story is the person responsible was her husband at the time, but I haven't proven or disproven that yet. Her death cert says Homicide but that's all I know. If you know anything about this cast of characters, I sure would like to hear from you!
Her name: Mary A Greenwell born in Nelson Co. Kentucky August 2nd, 1874. Married to Thomas N Phillips until his death in 1915. She remarried J.A. Bland (born mar,1877)at some point and she died on Nov 2, 1926 due to blunt force trauma to the chest. He went by Jeffrey Bland, Jeffry Bland, and Jeff Bland.(also from Ky).
