Merle Preston PEACHEE is the son of Preston Phillip and Mary (GRAHAM) PEACHEE I. My maternal grandparents were John H. and Laura (SHIRCLIFF) GRAHAM. My paternal grandparents were Clarence and Sarah "Iby" (McCAIN) PEACHEE.
My Revolutionary War soldiers sir names were: PEACHEE, HORRALL, RIGDON, and GOUGH.
I was born and raised in Daviess County, Indiana.
I was born 29 Jul 1941, and married Ruth Ann PARRISH of East Peoria, Illinois. I have two sons, Preston PEACHEE II and Parrish J. PEACHEE.
I currently live in Jasper, Dubois County, Indiana.
