Sidney Barber
You are correct in that Sidney Barber is the same person as Henry Barber in the article. I found an 1891 article telling that he received his pension and it was the largest pension given out in the US. I've added everything to his memorial if you'd like to check it out.

Thanks for letting me know about this. He will make an interesting story for the new Michigan Military Museum.

Archie Miller, Peshawbestown
You attached a photo for Mr. Miller to a 14 year old boy's entry, # 17295417, with the name Archie John Miller (1920-1934). There is another Archie Miller ID'd in the same cemetery as Archie C. Miller. Could that be the correct person?

Alfonse Rancour
Thank you so much for a wonderful memorial. Daniel Alfonse is my husbands grandfather. I would love to take over the care if that is possible. I have been on Find A Grave for over 6 years now. I have a lot of family history I can add on if I can find room. Are you one of the Rancour relatives? I know there are many. I am currently trying to improve Philip's family tree. With the help of cousins we took the Rancour tree back to Pierre from France. Then a special cousin, Phillip Huppe de Groix took it back to 1100. There is much French and Italian royalty. Can you tell me where you found that photo? Its very interesting. Also, which one is Daniel?

RE: Extra photos for John Lawrence Burgess
Thank you, but I still can't add a photo of his headstone, because the maximum number of photos is 5. Could at least one of the others be removed, to make room for a photo of his headstone at Arlington, which is where this memorial says he is buried?

Hello Art,

Through Connie L and then Avis W, I was able to ID you.

Check out your cousin's grave site # 80946841.
We now have a good location. Would you be interested in getting a stone for him ?
