I live in Milford Michigan. I have been doing genealogy for over 20 years on and off. Most of my ancestors are from Pennsylvania, some from New York and Ohio. They have immigrated from Russia, Poland, Switzerland, Ireland, Lithuania, Czechoslovakia, and probably England.
Are we relatives? Greetings from Finland! I believe you have also roots here. I think we may be relatives, as Arthur John Waldemar Wickman, born in 1916, is in my fatherís 3rd cousin. Please could you contact me.
Ray Smithers Even tho his death certificate states he's buried at Evergreen, he's not. He is buried in the county cemetery. This cemetery is for persons who died with no family handing their estate, indigent persons, or for those with financial difficulties. As you can see in the photo most of the cemetery to the left is without headstones. A lot the headstones there are from the downtown cemetery which was shut down and the graves were moved to either County or Evergreen.
Henrietta Bowers - New Hudson Cemetery Thanks so much for taking the time to photograph her grave back in 2010 - I'm a little behind in my thank yous. I also want to re-thank you for helping me out with the Bowers and the Vowles family that you did back in 2010-2011. You did a great job in helping me out in that regard. Please keep up with the great job you are doing for us Find A Grave'ers who don't live in Michigan with their family.

Olive Gue Hill Memorial# 152137552 Hi K Wickman, Thank you for your suggestion. Do you know if the Highland Twp. clerk's office shows any record of burial for Olive at Highland Cemetery? Her death certificate, found at seekingmichigan.org, says her place of burial is at Highland Cemetery. I had originally listed that as her place of burial, but another contributor thought that West Highland was more likely where she was buried. Thank you, DJ
