Thanks for checking! I removed the memorial until I find out for sure where he is buried.

Thank you for the msg. I added a "flowers" remark to memorial indicating it is an unmarked grave. I don't know if the manager of the memorial is active or not.

Don,
Thanks. You may transfer the memorial to me if you like and should a more direct relative come along I'll do the same for them. I also realized last night that you may have also met my great-grandmother, who lived with the Wilhites for several years. Everyone called her Granny but her actual name was Bertha Wilson. She lived to be over 100 yrs and died when I was 14 in 1978. I remember her well. If you do have any old photographs and are able to forward copies to me I would definitely appreciate it! Thanks so much.

Don,

Thanks! Wow, I had no idea that you knew them. I've been working on the Wilson family history for some time now. Annie's younger sister (my grandma)was Margaret Rowe. My dad and I were both born & raised in Miami.

I'm currently trying to hunt down their son Jim to ask him for more info about the family.

Thanks so much for creating their profile here. Sounds like the Wilhites were good folks to you & thats good to know!

Hi Don,
Ann was my great-aunt. May I have your permission to copy your headstone photo of her and husband Arthur?
