Please do not post photo copies of obituaries or other newspaper articles in the photo's or flowers portion of memorials created by me. Please send all corrections or additions through the edit tab on the memorial and I will be most happy to post them. As per FAG rules, death certificates are allowed but should not be put up as photos but rather use the "other" option. This way, the memorial will not have an icon idicating a picture is there and fellow gravers will know that a headstone photo is needed.
RE: Dog bio photo Thank you Martha! That is our dog Benny. He was a shelter dog we adopted after we lost our Beagle. We know he is part Beagle, not sure what else. He is a little sweetheart. He was at the shelter several months, nobody wanted him because he was not real social. That's all changed. Just have to give them a chance :)
Unmarked graves? My great grandfather, Hanson Dicken is buried in the Ketterman Cemetery which I remember visiting as a very young child with my grandparents and parents. I'm trying to locate the grave of a great uncle, Amos Reed Dicken, who died in 1935. His death certificate lists his burial place as Henry Ash, Flintstone, and I suspect that it might be what is now called the Ketterman Cemetery. My father remembered going to the funeral and told me the cemetery was on the Mallow farm along the Flintstone Creek. How does one find this cemetery? Alice Fisher Bampton
