If I'm not related, I am happy to transfer memorials, the only reason I've created them is to post their pictures I've taken. I have no problem with the pictures being used for your family genealogy purposes.
Also, if I post a picture that is better than the ones that are already posted, don't be offended. Lighting conditions are difficult in the cemetery. I discard mine if one is already posted and is of better quality. I am happiest when I find a memorial already created that just needs a picture. It is not about " the numbers" with me, it is about posting the best quality for someone searching for that long lost relative & preserving the stone in a picture.
