Bio and Links
Bio Photo Historic Hollywood Cemetery (formerly Hollywood Cemetery) is located in Houston, TX. In January 2009, a new ownership group purchased the property and changed the name due to the fact that the cemetery is listed as a historical landmark by the Texas Historical Commission. HHC is to receive the plaque later this year. HHC has been serving this community for over 100 years and still have spaces available in our beautiful, 60 acres. If you would like to place a marker on a loved ones grave, HHC will be happy to help you with that too.

Infant &Children's Cemetery?
Do you know of an "Infant & Children's Cemetery" in Houston? I'm trying to locate the grave of my half sister who was a stillborn. The only thing any of the family remembers is they thought it was at an Infant Cemetery. I'm thinking it was probably a section of a larger cemetery. I've sent off for a death certificate in Austin (even sent the $20 or whatever the charge was) and never heard anything. Anybody??

Thanks
Sharon

Henry T. Rue and family
Don't know if this is an appropriate question or not? I'm looking for a cemetery for Catherine (McCarthy) Isenhour. She's listed as a mother-in-law in Henry T. Rue's household on the 1900 census. Is there a way to find out if she and/or Henry's wife are also interred there?

Seeking Assistance
I am confused between Historic Hollywood Cemetery and the other Hollywood Cemetery also known as Olivewood. I am looking for my great uncle (and aunt?). His death certificate states he was buried in "Holy wood" Cemetery. He died in 1927 and would be listed as either "A. E. Shipley" or "Albert E. Shipley". Any assistance you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Ted Crayne 47235659

Special Thanks to Corine
Thank you for your assistance today in helping find the burial location of my relative Pearl Smith (#75516417). You were kind to help me especially since I had inadvertantly left my find a grave information back in Austin. Regards, Joe Brown

Hello I was wondering if you could post a photograph of Duane Dike Morris grave marker. He is in plot G lot 21.
He was a pretty famous race driver during the 20's who tragically lost his life in a racing crash in Texas.

thanks!

RE: Reasearch
I sure would appreciate that. I have them all listed here:
Mollie Evelyn Randall Mitchell died Feb 18, 1949
Johnathan Holmes Mitchell died May 27, 1959
Charles Edward Randall died Apr 1, 1945
Otelia Randall died Nov 11, 1913
Mary Annie Mitchell died Apr 5, 1919

Daddy told me that his mother, Mollie, requested to be buried with her family the Randall's. So there should be more Randall's. I shall add them as I find them.

Thank you for any help!
