Any photos I have taken and placed on FindAGrave are free to use in your genealogy research and may be posted on any website, including ancestry.com. No need to ask permission or credit me. The same goes for biographical information I have entered. Please feel free to copy it to your family tree. If you find errors, please contact me, explaining what may be incorrect, so I can possibly correct them. "History is a work in progress".|
I would respectfully ask that you not put moving "flowers" on my memorials. I think you would agree that your gesture is about respect for the dead, and not a competition of who can find the most distracting jpeg.
I'm also less of a "numbers" member and take more pride in having complete information. At least for my relatives, I attempt to connect all known/documented relationships and children's links.
Also, if anyone was a member/relative of the 841st Ordnance Depot Company, please view my link for my Dad's memories:

|crclark||John Abston Cemetery|
The Daughters of the American Revolution, John Abston Chapter, has allocated a fairly large sum of money to preserve this cemetery. Once they are finished, I'll send you new photos.

You are Welcome Dan, do you need any of the other Stimson's grave photo's or information at Abston Cemetery or do you have it all? Have you gotten the ones that are buried in Mckinney TX?

If you haven't already seen this site, there are a lot of Stimsons at John Abston Cemetry, Collin Colunty Lavon Texas. You can see all their tombstones at:
The red on the stones is chalk so you can see the dates better.
I will still go out and take a photo if you wish. It's only about 18 miles from my home.

If you click on the gravestone pics posted, you'll see the captions. I just wanted to add a little more info on what I observed wile taking the pics. Please feel free to modify or delete the captions.
OBTW, do you own a Scotty? We've had two (one at a a time): Angus & Winston. They are, definitely, a unique breed!

I've posted a new, tight shot of Dora's headstone on her memorial. If it isn't clear enough, I'll be glad to try again.
