Thanks so much for the excellent work that you've done on the Yost family. One child who is missing from Louis and Bertha Yost's family is my grandmother, Marie Christine(Yost)Bartz. I'm just starting on family history and minutes ago became a member of this site, so I will be adding her record with verified information. For now, here's what I can tell you and others off the top- of my head:
Born: December 8, 1903 (Roberts County, SD)
Died: November 1, 1985 (Wheaton, MN)
Grave Site: Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton, MN
Spouse: Leonard H. Bartz (1897-1961)
Son: Warren L. Bartz (9/19/1934 - 12/27/2012)
Grandchildren: Keith W. Bartz, Neil P. Bartz
In speaking with Martha Yost Klemm shortly before her death, there likely was a baby who died in infancy. I believe it was the first child before Elsie was born, but I don't have a name or any vitals at this point.
I may be contacting you as I begin the family history. For now, I hope I have been helpful.

|Alice Horner||RE: Mary Bishop|
Thanks for your fast response. If I had any idea where her parents were buried, I'd have you transfer her, but at least I'll put the information off her obituary onto my Rootsweb tree so someone can find it.

Thank you so much! I don't actually know if there are any other family buried in that cemetery. There might have been an infant or siblings of Mary. I wonder if someone at the office may be able to tell if any other family members are buried in the lot. She is in section A, lot 96, grave 4. Since there are 4 graves, I wonder who is buried in the other one. John and Jane are in 2 of them. Thanks, Maria

Hi Kathie! Most of the THRESHER memorials have been transferred to my Find A Grave ID (by the photo-volunteer). Please review the lot of 'em, and let me know if you would like to add/delete/edit any of the facts, figures, dates or other info... Have been working on that cemetery for some time now, along with Larry Campbell. Our collective efforts have gone far to thoroughly document the CALDWELL / THRESHER records. -RCK
