Bitten by the genealogy bug in 2003, we have visited many cemeteries in several states and decided it was time to post some of our families' memorials on this great website.|
Our work is not about numbers, we strive to make each memorial as accurate and meaningful as possible. We welcome any information or photos you may have for memorials under our management.
We are willing to transfer memorials according to the guidelines set by Find A Grave except for those of our families. Please use Suggest A Correction to request transfers.
In addition to Find A Grave, we're members of several genealogy societies, amateur radio hams and we help with civic activities in our community so we're usually busy. However we do check our email on a daily basis and we will respond to each request as soon as possible, usually within a day or two.
Disclaimer: We have been known to make a mistake or two but if the memorial was created by GuyB, it's his mistake. We do appreciate you pointing out these mistakes so we can correct them. :)

Thank you very, very much for the beautiful job you did creating the memorial for Bill Kooi, especially in your quick timing with providing the full obituary and links. It is such a fitting tribute to the memory of a wonderful man!
|Edythe Clark||George W. Clark I|
Thank you for the work you do in putting information on findagrave.com
I have questions regarding findagrave.com mostly because I am so computer illiterate, it took me over 30 minutes to get to this section on the site.
I am assuming that an official findagrave.com volunteer edits individual sites. If that is correct,
How do I get information to the official volunteer responsible for the site for George W. Clark (1862-1935), Union City Cemetery, Canadian County, Oklahoma?
Who is the primary volunteer?
What type of information is usually documented on the site?
What is the format for the information?
What is the format for the?
Is the information I hope to submit to be submitted as a "Public Message" since that is the only thing I could figure out how to access.
Is there a specific e-mail to which the information is to be sent? When I clicked on the e-mail given, I was not directed to access to that e-mail.
Thank you for your consideration in this query.
Great grand daughter of George W. Clark.

Hi Karl and Sherry,
Yes, if you don't mind, I would like to manage those memorials...
|Susan Hill||Tiptons in Okmulgee Cemetary|
Thank you for suggesting additional information for this couple, which has been added with you contribution number. If you are a relative, I will be glad to transfer memorial care to you, as I am only a volunteer contributor with no other relationship. Thank you!
Hi Karl, from Michael McCoy, EGS in Edmond :-)
I am making a tree for Caylor Gerred nee Summers. Caylor is the Goddaughter to my partner Gayla Faith McKelvy nee Shipley.
Caylor and her husband Matthew are very close friends.
Gayla and Caylor's mom Mary Jane Summers nee Caylor were "sisters" for almost 35 years, before Mary Jane's untimely death in 2013. As we watch Caylor's own family grow, we are preparing her tree for the time in school when the kids are asked to talk about their heritage.
Caylor's grandparents(on her mother's side)were Claude Streit Caylor and Helen Lucille Jungherr.
Of additional interest is the expansive German background, since I myself and of German heritage.
I am also sponsoring the family memorials as I find them.
Glad to see you on here. Look forward to seeing you soon at a EGS meeting.

Hi Karl and Sherry,
I am trying to help out a friend with her ancestors and found your name on some Hill memorials in Immanuel Cemetery,Loyal, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. Jacob, Mollie, William, Edward....I am just wondering if you are related to this family. Just looking for some connections if possible. Thank you in advance for your time! Have a blessed day! Diane
|TLH||RE: John Barrett|
I did notice that in the 1860 Census, Madison, ILL
that they had 4 children:
Andrew Baret 1842 Vermont
Juliet Baret 1857 Illinois
Helen Baret 1857 Illinois
Forest Baret 1859 Illinois
(note the spelling is different)
1880 Census Normal, McLean Ill:
There is now a granddaughter, Mary McKee, age 8 born about 1872 in Illinos. Father: Illinois,
Mother: Vermont This could possibly be Juliet's daughter. Helen Barrett is also in this census. She is 23, single, born Vermont. Mary could be her child, but she would have been 15 when Mary was born.

|Carol Veio||Mooney Facebook|
I just left this message on Sherry's name alone. then I noticed this link. I'm including the message I sent today. I'm really interested in the MAUNEY spelling of MOONEY.
I ran across you and your family while searching for my great grandmother, Margaret Peggy (Bailey) Mooney. I noticed that you spell the surname MAUNEY. Interesting.
The main reason why I'm writing is to ask you if you belong to the MOONEY Family on Facebook? If you don't belong, I would like to invite you. I see that you have a brick wall with Louisa (nee?) MAUNEY. Perhaps somebody at this group could help you with that.
If you are interested, please contact me.
Hello I have John Stephen Snodgrass Obituary if your interest. Let me know if you want me to post it in the suggestion box. I am related them as well.
