I have continued to put the family information together based on what my father and others in the family had started.

It is so very interesting to find out about the various members of the tree.

I love to travel, have been to all 50 states and 7 continents.

Anyone has my permission to copy photos.

I think I have contacted everyone; Kari moved all of hers. You should not have to do anything if the posters just move their listings. Just wanted to give everyone involved the heads up. Thanks.

Hi Ray, mailing you because you have posted some photos at what is incorrectly called Center (for names Cooper & Sanford).
Re Center Cemetery, North Haven:
www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=Ives&GSiman=1&GScty=23446&CRid=2492646&pt=Center%20Cemetery&
This cemetery has been created in error on findagrave, as North Haven has OLD Center Cemetery aka OLD...:

www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=103538&CScn=old+center&CScntry=4&CSst=8&CScnty=308&

and NEW Center Cemetery:

www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=103257&CScn=new+center&CScntry=4&CSst=8&CScnty=308&

Most of the entries probably belong in New Center and could be moved there or the cemeteries could be merged, but the pictures and map are also wrong on what is called Center.
I'm working on photos and additions to the two cemeteries as I live nearby, but it is still a little wet out there- ongoing project. Old and New are not adjacent, they are several blocks from each other.

If any of the people who have posted have a question about the entries in Center or any CT cemeteries, please email me. All the cemeteries for Hartford and New Haven counties have been added. (Actually almost all in CT have been added, but it can get confusing because of the AKAs that don't show up on findagrave)
I've been looking at the entries for Center in North Haven, CT, and most seem to be for New Center and should be moved there. I'm emailing others who have posted there. The map attached to "Center" is for New Center, which is on Elm Street, but the photos posted on Center are of Old Center. If you look at the Google Map, Old Center is 3 blocks east of old center and is labeled "Town Green", the cemetery is on the Northern end of the green. You can see the graves in Old Center and New Center (labeled Center on Google) on the satellite view (St. John Street).

This is not the first time Center has gotten confused but I'd like to see it straightened out again. I will try to email everyone who has posted to Center.

Thanks Ray for taking the photo and posting it. I was showing our son-in-law how Ancestry and Find A Grave work, instilling in him a sense of family history.
