I have an avid interest in helping others find out information of their ancestors. After my mom passed away in 2004, I was left not knowing much about her side of the family. After doing an extensive research of her family in western North Carolina, Haywood County specifically, I was able to locate some missing pieces, however, I am still unable to find certain members of the family and also need help with it.

I am from the Harkins/Miller/Pope lineage in North Carolina/Georgia, and from the Steelman/Brown/Traylor lineage in Texas/North Carolina/Alabama/Mississippi.
