I'm a freelance photographer and believe that photos hold a moment in time that we can never get back, yet will never go away as long as we have a picture to help remember. I have a love for old photographs and collect them. They tell such wonderful stories.
In starting my genealogy research, I have received so much help from others and I would love the opportunity to give back where I can.
Fee cemetery Harlan County KY Hello Cindy, my name is Trish, I am using Patricia Fee Langford because my mother is a Fee. my GG- gf is David (GGG -gf), son of Colnel John ..(GGGG gf). I am presently in Harlan County Kentucky within a few miles of Martins Fork Lake KY and have been going to different graveyards tracing family lines. I heard about the Fee cemetery so yesterday I drove past the lake to see if I could find it. I found the turnoff but not the graveyard. I qill be going back with some people who know the area and the graveyard. I am trying to get as much info as I can before everyone that knows anything is gone. I will be going back so I will keep you posted. A road map would be helpful.
RE: Gladys Bishop Feel free to use the photo. Glad I could help. There was also another monument for a Brandy Helen Dykes right next to them. I have added it to Findagrave if you find it is also a relative. Gladys was on one side of Bedinghaus & Brandy Dykes was on the other.
