Bio and Links
Bio Photo When I started searching for my mother's family that she never knew, I didn't anticipate getting so caught up in the past. My hope is to help others find some of the missing pieces to the story of those who came before.
My family consists of one son, and my husband.
My main family names of interest are: Biersdorff, Rice, Aldrich, Thompson, Camp and Sabbe.

Your second cousin 2 x removed is the father of actor Darren McGavin who was born in 1922 & passed in 2006. Just thought to share.

RE: Huggins
You are so very welcome. I try to be as accurate as possible because I have been on the other side of the search. As old as their part of the cemetery is, there are lots of places where markers are missing. That makes me very sad.

We found additional Christnagel family members in other cemeteries in that county. I created a few new memorials, and these may be related. You can find the Christnagel memorial you mentioned, and then click on others with that last name in the same county.

RE: Thank you!
Kathrine was my step-grandmother. I wish I knew more about the Sabbe part of her family but sadly I do not know much about that. I have fond memories of the stories she told my sister and I when we were children. I remember all the treasures she had around her house, most of which she had made herself. I remember her trips to Baja and stories about her daughter (presumably you. Thank you for taking the time to post her on here. I truly appreciate it!

Byersdorf parents
Hi. I am not sure, but I think that the parents, Ferdinand Byersdorf (1822 - 1891) and Wilhelmine/a Shildberg (1822 - 1920) are also buried in St. John's Cemetery in St. Clair, MN. I visited that cemetery years ago when I was looking for Henry, and I have that they are also buried there. You might want to check and see for sure, and then add them. Let me know, ok, and I will do what I can to link the family together as well. I also have a lot of info online on tree "Rader Meyer Family Tree". God bless! S Rader at
