Bio Photo My Grandmother told me stories about our ancestors on both sides of the family. I am into genealogy because she knew all of that info and passed it on. I learned about Find A Grave though a very distant "cousin" in Hawaii and it has added so much detail to those stories.

Ella Helvey - Flavius J. Tabor
Hello Carlene,

Sorry, but I am not related to the Helvey family. I am, however, the first cousin, 4 times removed of Flavius Tabor. Good luck!

I sent the parent links numbers to you through the message here. It tells me something is pending when I try to do it through the edits now.

Homer Elhanan Aylesworth
Hi Darlene,
We respectfully request permission to use Homer's cemetery marker photo in our online tree. Homer is a cousin to Marie and the photo will make a great addition.

Thanks for your consideration.

RE: Margaret Isabella Hutsell
Someone made a duplicate cemetery for Cedar Grove and created a duplicate memorial. By the time we finally got it deleted and before we could have Find A Grave delete the cemetery, you posted a memorial there. You did not have to delete your memorial, you only needed to move it. Hopefully now we can get this cemetery deleted soon. The problem is that anyone can create a cemetery. Thank you for your help.

Margaret Isabella Hutsell
You need to move Margaret Isabella Hutsell to the Cedar Grove Cemetery which has 6354 memorials instead of the one which only has your listing. If you click on the burial, you can change it to the correct cemetery. I hope this helps you.

RE: Christiana Middlekauff
Thanks for the detailed reply. I am still confused, I know that my husband's grandmother, Nellie Pearl Middlekauff Miller wrote a family genealogy in the 1960s and named her as Christina Cole Cummingham. This would have been her step-grandmother. Since death certificates for Pennsylvania are now partically avaiable on-line at Ancestry, I started checking. That's where I came up with the new name. If I only knew to ask these questions 35 years ago!
Thanks again for your research and work on Find a Grave. Are you a Middlekauff descendant?

Margaret Isabella Hutsell
If you will look at the Cedar Grove Cemetery that you have her listed in, she is the only person buried there. Someone created a duplicate Cedar Grove Cemetery. You need to move her to the other one. Then this cemetery needs to be deleted.

I am currently working out the European background of Johann Jacob Fluck of Middletown. One loose end is Anna Ursula Long, wife of Christopher Long. Your notes on her indicate that she was daughter of Johann Jacob Fluck and her marriage record is at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Frederick in 1768. I do not find that record in Frederick Maryland Lutheran Marriages and Burials 1743-1811 by F. S. Weiser. Can you account for this discrepancy.

If she were truly Jacob Fluck's daughter and was born in 1744, she would have been born in Switzerland before his immigration to America in 1750. Jacob was born in 1724 and so could have been Ursula's father but there is no record of his marriage at that time. So can you supply verification that Anna Ursula was a Fluck?

Agnes Verdie Adams Vickers
Hello, This is my grandmother on my father's side. Her actual name is Verdie Agnes Adams Vickers. She did not like Verdie as her name and always used Agnes. Please can you change this since you are in control of her Find A Grave. Thanks Brian Vickers son of Harold Vickers
