What a great site Find-A-Grave is. Ive been doing Genealogy since the 60's and my travels have taken me to many places. I started trying to do my family tree by asking my father if he had information on his (Cross) family. Naturally he said no, but I eventually found a large box with 73 old pictures, some old diaries and papers with brittle paper tape on them and lots of writing.. It was wonderful and I have been filling in the blanks ever since. My grandmother had attempted Genealogy back in the 1800's and gave me many clues on those old papers..
I am a Registered Nurse and since my retirement I'm trying to put whole cemeteries on Find-A-Grave. Many of the Memorials I have submitted are not my relatives. I just thought they might help someone. I am happy to transfer or update any who are not related to me but are related to you.. However please use the Edit button on the Memorial and follow the FAG guidelines for transfers you wish to receive. Some people have not done that and leave off important data so I have not been able to transfer them.
Thanks for creating this site.

Is there any regarding the parents of Donald D. Cronkright? There's a Donald Cronkright in my family tree but it doesnt show his birth or death date.
|Bonnie McMillin||William James Hutchinson|
Thank you so much for posting the picture of William Hutchinson to his find a grave page. He is my gggrandfather, my line coming from his daughter Elizabeth Hutchinson. My father remembered him well as being an amazing ggrandfather that all of the children adored. I had never seen a picture of him. I wish my father were still alive to see it because all he could do was describe him with "flossy" hair and he used to sing to them all the time. I don't know what happened along the way, but we have no pictures in this family of many relatives of long ago. Again, thank you so very much it means a lot.

Forgot, if you want to rearrange the photos so the death certificate is after your other photos, please do. It's not really a pretty picture. Or if you want me to delete the DC entirely, just let me know! No feelings hurt.

I have the same problem with the gravestone for my husband's grandfather. (73279639) Because Find a Grave rules are to match the date on the memorial with the date on the stone, I put a note in the bio stating the correct years. Just in case....

Ok, I'll just stick with the obit I have.
Any idea as to his place of birth since I can't find a listing for Dundas?

I have a obit typed out by a librarian and do not know it it is the same as the one you have for Uriah.
I tried to edit his place of birth but there is no Dundas Co. listed as an option.

Susan is my 4th great grandmother. Do you remember how you got her record? Was there a stone or did you use cemetery records? Sandi
