Remember my wonderful snow-white friend Winter too. He and Farley Mowat certainly changed my mind about wolves. I am retired military, railroad engineer, fifth-generation Californian, and hold The Order of California from the California State Adjutant General for my government service. I am trying to memorialize what I have found in people's stories, but mostly, trying to share the vast research done by my brother, Ken. Our most prominent ancestors are the McPherson's of Alexander Valley, California and the Lea's of the Clear Lake, California area. My interests include Sons of the American Revolution, and other families; Abbott, Combs, Curry, Hale, Hinde, Hixson, Kincheloe, Leach, Moore, Robinson, Sierck, Topper, Vassar, and Zittleman. |
These makes sense to me: "If you wish for a transfer,no problem. If they are not related to me, then I see no reason to keep them. All you have to do is ask." (Find A Grave #....4213)
"I make Memorials in hopes of their family wanting them some day. I'm not into having the most Memorials!" (anon)
"I always try to check for duplicates before posting, but sometimes miss them. I will make corrections or I will gladly transfer ownership of any of your relatives memorials to you. As a matter of fact, if you know more about these folks than I do, don't be surprised to get a transfer. If a memorial is a direct ancestor of mine, we can work out some agreement." (Find A Grave #....2490)(47,000 memorials)

|Amy Suzanne Martin||RE: Maud Johnston|
Ernie, we are related by marriage - which of Maud's children was your grandparent? Was your mother named Barbara? I have this family on my tree on Ancestry.com, are you already acquainted with your cousin Winifred Clouston? If not I'm sure she'd love to hear from you. Many thanks, Amy email@example.com
|Amy Suzanne Martin||William Curry & Maud (Curry) Johnston|
Hi, I made the corrections you suggested, with the exception of the spelling of Maud's name which I left because I have a document with her signature on it which she signed "Maud Johnston." Are you a relative? Would you like to compare notes? I have death certificates and more info on the Johnstons and Currys. Many thanks, Amy firstname.lastname@example.org

You are very welcome. I'm always glad when a family member finds one of my memorial submissions. I'm sure you will take very good care of her. Chris
