My family has been blessed in that my mother and father were avid genealogist. They have have researched many of our lines and preserved many of the old family photos. In 1992 the bug hit me when my wife and I took a genealogy course at the local college. Every little had been done on her side of the family and with her help we have her line back to 1780 in South Carolina and 1840 in Europe.
