If you have any info or corrections for me on any of the memorials I have posted please use the EDIT tab on the memorial. I check edits daily and welcome add'l info via the option "correction or suggestion."
Please don't be offended if I ask for your resource(s). I'm not being critical, just thorough.
.
Please do not ask me to link to a memorial where the final disposition is "burial unknown." Find-A-Grave's primary mission has always been to be a GRAVE depository. My commitment to this site is to finding where the individual was buried not to build a familytree on this website, there's lots of other options out there where you can do that.
.
"Pay it forward." If what I've posted helps you in your genealogy or provides you some comfort because you can visit a grave from near or far, then my mission is accomplished and I urge you to help others in some way.
.
About the peacock image: It's an original drawing by its owner, Country Bill aka Robert Lee Davis, memorial number 62369265, born named Charles G Raymond, who died with no family willing to claim his body in Virginia. He had residences and/or connections in AL, FL, VA and MA. If you have any info on "Country Bill" or if you have seen this logo anywhere, please send me a message with any information you have by leaving a message on any of my memorials or you can send an email to: countrybillvirginia [at] gmail [dot] com
.
I don't mind if you use my pictures for your personal use or even on your genealogy website but CREDIT FAG FOR THE PHOTO! If you save a photo to your computer from findagrave.com and then upload it to a website, reference findagrave.com and the memorial number, let others know about this website! Without the reference, I consider the image STOLEN.
.
If you have read this far, thank you! If you are interested in helping me with my brick walls in genealogy - In addition to wanting any info on Country Bill, I'm seeking the KUBIK family origins in Bohemia, now Czech Republic - for immigrant Frank who lived in West Springfield, Mass. memorial 76364908 and his wives Josephine and Mary. I'm been searching off and on nearly two decades with no luck.
.
Upon my death I authorize any of my memorials to be transferred to any FAG contributor as they are requested.[thanks to FAG Cathy Clark for this statement on her contributor page as this is my desire and agreement wholeheartedly - perfect and appropriate]
