New to Geneology and am learning quick. Just entering my family here for now and exploring local cemeteries. But will work on requests if I can. I live in Wyoming now, but my geneology is rooted in Oklahoma. |
The following names I am interested in.

It appears that Robert's son Paul E Byrd owns a lot at Greenwood listed on page 57 of the burial records for the cemetery.
|Carl Steiger||Robert Hardin Byrd|
Next time you get out to Greenwood would you look for a headstone for Robert Hardin Byrd #143546669? He had been Sheriff of Crook county? I am try to locate his wife Grace Busby. I think she may have passed away in 1974 in Riverside, California. She was born in Indiana.
Thanks for your help,

Thank you for the good information that you gave me concerning "Weston County, Wyoming: The First 100 Years". I did purchase the CD from the museum and am nearly finished reading it. You have been most helpful and I appreciate you and the work that you do. I do not overlook any of the memorials that you've allowed me to have. Those belonging to my ancestors who lived and died in Crook and Weston counties in Wyoming are especially meaningful to me.
Again, my thanks---Sheila

Once more you've been of tremendous help to me in allowing me to have these 2 memorials. I had thought about asking for John Elmer Goodson's memorial but I wouldn't do so because of all the work you'd already put into it.
Question---Is it possible to purchase a copy of "Weston County History, First Hundred Years"? I have never heard of it until now. If so, could you tell me where? I have the "Pioneers of Crook County" book and the Rocky Courchaine/Pam Thompson paperback book "Sundance"; both of those books have been of great help to me. [My people lived in Sundance/Government Valley, in Upton, and in between near Inyan Kara Mountain.]
Thank you for your generosity. You are always good to me.
