I love cemeteries and the heritage that they represent. I don't feel that I have adequately researched an ancestor until I have visited their grave site. I am indebted to people who have sent photos to me from places too far to visit, and would like to return the favor.

Recently retired from Baylor University, I live in Waco, Texas and am active in the Central Texas Genealogy Society. I am passionate about the opportunities for collaborative research efforts afforded by technology, specifically free sites like Find-A-Grave. What a different environment this is from my introduction to genealogy from my mother! It took a road trip to find information!!!
