Bio

I have been passionate for over thirty years in seriously tracing my family.I have travelled yearly with my sister or my hubby all over the US digging through original records in courthouses, gathering material directly in local libraries, state libraries and crawling through cemeteries. I discovered FAG about 4 years ago and realized that so many kind people had posted wonderful things about my kin. So, I thought that my info would mean something and it was time that I help other people. I did not know how to do it so I posted flowers and wrote a bio on the decedent on their memorial. A kind lady very active on FAG told me I was doing it wrong. She told me to first request that a memorial be transferred to me and then put the bio in the proper place. If the person managing it cared, they would ask me to explain my relationship. Or, I can send info to them. This has worked very well and I have found new cousins! You are welcome to share my info but it would be nice to give me credit also.
