Thank you so much for the update and the Family Links, we are so happy to 'reunite' Mary with her family in New York. Best wishes to you in your work here at F-a-G, it is a valuable service to so many people.

Brown & Strong Memorials
I noticed there are several duplicate memorials for the Brown and Strong families. The confusion came about because there are three cemeteries in Tallapoosa County, AL. with the same name of New Hope. If you have any questions, please email me.

My hunch was right! In researching her ancestry I found her father listed as McKu.... and was going to go back and remove "McCaskey" in about a week if you didn't verify it.

Happy Graving...

Ida & Kelsey Morrison
Reba, I have ran across a something that was written by Dick McKleroy, some years ago (date unknown). It speaks of "The Magnolias," which was the house on the hill near Oxford Lake. I am doing some research trying to find out more about the house, and possibly some pictures of it. I figured you were some relation to Ida and Kelsey Morrison since you had their memorials on here. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I have researched this family for over 50 years, just found out by reading Lure and Lore of Limestone Co. that he was a brother to my 3x great=grandmother. In the book he was living with another sister Eliza who married F. C. Martin and his other sister was Palina Denne who married James Tribble of Madison Co. Al. Eliza and her husband are buried in the same cemetery. The lady who sponsors their grave did not know the family. I was hoping you might.. My email is pmiles5789@aol.com

I am planning a trip to the cemetery within the next month, I have a person in Elkmont that might know the family, Peggy White Miles

Wiley Hartsfield McLeroy
Reba,
Do you know the section of Jonesboro City Cemetery
in which Wiley is buried. I know his mother is buried in Section C. I have seen her grave, but don't remember seeing Wiley's. Martha Hartsfield
McLeroy is my GG Grandmother.
Thanks,

Loye McLeroy
