I found out about FAG through a relative and I've been hooked ever since! |
If I have a family member of yours that you would like to have transferred, I will be glad to do so as long as they aren't related to me. Or if not, and you just want to add biographical info, or link them to another family member, then I will take care of it promptly for you.
Please use the "edit" feature on the FAG memorial that you wish to have additions/corrections made to, and or transferred.
My pictures are your pictures. Feel free to beg, borrow, steal with no intent to return. I take pictures of headstones out of kindness ... not for my ego or for the "numbers."
If my numbers being upside down bothers you then it's your problem, not mine. I am currently managing memorials for several FAG friend's who want to downsize.
PLEASE, NO COPIES OF DEATH CERTIFICATES ON MY MEMORIALS! THANKS
AN ALZHEIMER'S POEM
DO NOT ASK ME TO REMEMBER
DON'T TRY TO MAKE ME UNDERSTAND.
LET ME REST AND KNOW YOU'RE WITH ME.
KISS MY CHEEK AND HOLD MY HAND.
I'M CONFUSED BEYOND YOUR CONCEPT.
I AM SAD AND SICK AND LOST.
ALL I KNOW IS THAT I NEED YOU
TO BE WITH ME AT ALL COST.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR PATIENCE WITH ME,
DO NOT SCOLD OR CURSE OR CRY
I CAN'T HELP THE WAY I'M ACTING.
I CAN'T BE DIFFERENT THOUGH I TRY.
JUST REMEMBER THAT I NEED YOU.
THAT THE BEST OF ME IS GONE.
PLEASE DON'T FAIL TO STAND BESIDE ME,
LOVE ME UNTIL MY LIFE IS DONE.

Does anyone in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, USA know of her US grandparents: CHARLES DU PUY "an engineer and inventor, founder and head of the Pennsylvanian branch of the American Hugueonot Society", his wife ELLEN DU PUY and 8 children?

I just sent you the birth date for Jan. Thank you for posting her information. She was my cousin, but we lost touch with each other after my husband and I moved to California. I didn't know she had died until this morning (3/24/2014) when I just happened to be thinking of her and Googled her. I met Jan when she and her family moved from St. Louis, Missouri to Corpus Christi the summer before we both started the 9th grade. I was almost 4 months older. We were best buds all through high school minus a few spats. In fact, I sort of introduced her to her husband Dick. His sister Jonell set me up on a blind date with Dick, but I met someone else first (who I later married). So I suggested to Jonell that my cousin Jan take my place on the blind date. Jan and Dick married 4 months after I married the guy I had met. It was meant to be. Jan died 2 days before her birthday, and Dick died 3 months later. Theirs was a true love story.

Hi, I just found my brother's memorial and I'd like to request it to be transferred to me as well as any other Clifton's you may be managing. My entire family is buried there with him. Mitch and Shelli are my parents and Larry my brother. My grandfather Vernon is also buried just above their plots. I'd be most appreciative and I thank you for taking care of it.

The 1880 U.S.
Federal Census shows Josephus Green (age 6 yrs) living with his maternal grandparents (Allen & Obediance Carigan (Carrigan)in Coryell, TX. The 1880 Census also shows the mother of Josephus (Joseph), Susan Baker, living in Precinct 2, Hill, TX with her 2nd husband, L. L. (Lewis) Baker, their daughter, Ruth Baker (age 2 years) & her mother-in-law, Ruth Baker (age 70). They were all living with Susan's brother, J. P. Carrigan.
I have more info on the family if "Grave Walker" is interested. Doroeck@AOL.com

Thank you so much for this information. This is VERY helpful. It now gives me a starting place to research this in more detail. Now I will be looking for more info on Howard Hosea Green.

I am trying to get more information on how it came about that Susan Elizabeth Carrigan Baker (Find A Grave #7123821) is the mother of Joseph Calvin Green (Find A Grave #96637289). She was the wife of my GG Uncle Lewis Larkin Baker. I am very interested in finding out who she was married to prior to Lewis Larkin Baker and if she had more than the one son before she married my GG Uncle, Lewis Larkin Baker. How did you find out that Joseph Calvin Green was her son? (His headstone shows his first name as JOSEPH, not JOSEPHUS). Trying to find out which one is correct.
Would really like to know if you could help me out on this I would really appreciate it. I have done extensive research on my BAKER family and any additional information would be helpful.
Thank you in advance if you can help,
